MGA, along with Partner Paul Grossbard, was proud to participate in this year’s Boo Ball Gala, benefiting Houston’s Ronald McDonald House!

The Boo Ball is a Halloween-inspired gala, where attendees dress in their favorite costume or black-tie attire. Attendees can sip cocktails, peruse the numerous silent auction items, participate in the live auction, and enjoy some time out on the dance floor. A few of our MGA team members attended this year’s gala held last Saturday (pictured above) and had a ball (pun intended)!

This year the gala raised more than $722,000, which will support RMH Houston’s mission to provide a home away from home for families of seriously ill children being treated in the Texas Medical Center.

MGA Partner Paul Grossbard has been involved with the Ronald McDonald House of Houston for the past several years, serving on the Technology Committee of the House for three years and currently serving as a Trustee of the Houston Ronald McDonald House Foundation. Paul chooses to give back through this incredible organization for many reasons.

“As someone who has battled cancer, I want to give back, and I felt that helping children with cancer and their families was the best and most fulfilling way to do it.” — Paul Grossbard

In addition to the Boo Ball, Paul has also sponsored Christmas Eve dinner at the House for many years. He is dedicated to supporting something greater than himself, and we at MGA are proud to participate in the event with him again this year.

Build a Career with a Firm Who Makes an Impact

At MGA, we make it a point to give back to the community that we love and to support something greater than ourselves.

We have an annual spring day of service where we dedicate our time and energy to helping preserve a well-loved Houston park. We also sponsor many other events throughout the year to support great causes, such as the upcoming Houston Cellar Classic benefiting Genesys Works. Each December, we have a dedicated group of volunteers who help build bikes for CYCLE, a children’s charity that rewards students with new bicycles for achieving better academic performance in the classroom.

We go above and beyond to support our team members in their efforts to give back, too, just like this event, where we supported Paul in his efforts.
