Not every career path follows a straight line. For Deyci, a few unexpected turns ultimately led her to MGA, and it didn’t take long for her to realize she had found the right place.

Now a Financial Analyst on our Technology Consulting team, she thrives in a role that challenges her, supports her, and allows her to grow both personally and professionally.

The Right Fit at the Right Time

Before joining MGA, Deyci was part of an in-house accounting team where she gained valuable hands-on experience and collaborated with external advisors. When the company shifted gears and returned to MGA’s outsourced accounting support, she was offered the opportunity to join MGA and hasn’t looked back since.

“It kind of felt like I was always meant to be here. The pieces just fell into place.”

That sentiment, of belonging, is something she’s felt from the beginning.

Growing Through Variety and Challenge

In her current role on our Finance, Accounting, Strategy, and Technology (F.A.S.T.) team, Deyci supports multiple clients with everything from reconciliations and draws to capital calls and tax compliance work. While she initially worried about juggling so many responsibilities after being used to just one client, she quickly discovered how energizing the variety could be.

“It was a little daunting at first, but I really enjoy what I do. Every client is different, so no two days are the same.”

Her ability to pivot, problem-solve, and stay organized makes her a strong fit for a team designed to tackle dynamic, often ad hoc accounting needs.
