We are just a couple of months away from moving into our new office in The Heights!
We have been working closely with the team at Radom Capital, the developer of the project and also a client of ours. It has been a tremendous help to work with a developer and property owner who truly cares about their tenants and strives to build high-quality projects.
Radom Capital is also a client of ours, which makes for a fun job behind the desk. Being on the accounting side of a company that is doing such innovative projects in our home city has been exciting for our team.
Here's a recent look at the defined area inside our new office. We are excited and ready to call this new space our home.
We are continually looking ahead and strategically planning for the next 20+ years of the Firm. Because of that, we’ve considered many aspects as we have made decisions regarding our space. What office trends will help us attract and retain top talent as we continue to grow? How do we create a space that encourages collaboration?
We believe that your workspace is an extension of your culture. Check out some of our recent blog posts below, where we share some of our insight on these trends and how you can make the most of the space you currently have.

How to Design Workspaces That Encourage Collaboration
One thing that remains front and center as we have made decisions is our team members’ direct feedback. We had an ongoing “wishlist” in our office where team members were able to share their input, ensuring we create a fitting space for all. We are excited to be able to incorporate the majority of their ideas into the new space (like showers!).
As our move date quickly approaches, we will continue to share some insights we’ve learned along the way, as well as construction updates.
