Anonymous Surveys from Our Employees Said: We Are a Best Place to Work

An outside party surveyed our entire team of 50+ individuals to find out what it’s really like to work at MGA. And the survey results said… that MGA is a best and brightest place to work, again!

But really, that's how this competition works. The initiatives, information, and data we submit are just a small part of the evaluation process. Also taken into account are the anonymous surveys that each team member at MGA has the opportunity to complete. Our team members candidly answer questions about their experience working at MGA and share valuable insight on what it's like under our roof. Their honest feedback is how we continually take home this reputable award.

Since 2014, the Houston's Best and Brightest Companies to Work For program has named MGA as a winner. This year, we've also been awarded as an Elite Winner in the category of Strategic Company Performance. We are proud of this award, as we continually strive to be more than just your "ordinary" accounting firm.

The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For Program

Every year companies compete to be named one of "Houston’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For." Only companies that distinguish themselves as having the most innovative and thoughtful human resources approach can be bestowed this honor.

An independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry based on key measures in various categories.
