MGA Welcomes Back Sandra Galvan as Tax Manager

After an eight-year hiatus, MGA is happy to have Sandra Galvan back on our team as a Tax Manager. Sandra can attest first hand to the diverse and strong culture that MGA has created, truly making everyone within the firm part of the plan. Not only is it what keeps our talented employees hanging around, but it’s also what keeps our former employees coming back.

MGA Is Not Your Typical Accounting Firm

Sandra started working at MGA in 2001 as a staff member, and as she continued to develop and grow, she later earned a promotion to the management level. Soon after, she decided that she wanted to branch out from public accounting for a while and entered into the real estate world. However, after giving it a go, she realized that she truly missed accounting and decided to re-start her accounting career with another firm. As Sandra tried to get back into accounting, she found that it just wasn’t the same as MGA, ultimately disliking her environment. However, when the opportunity presented to come back to MGA, Sandra instantly knew this was the right place for her.

MGA does things differently, and Sandra knew it.

Sandra’s story isn’t the only one of the like. We have welcomed back a handful of employees in the past who have decided to branch out to other firms in order to gain diverse experience only to realize that nothing really compares to the MGA culture.
