Crushing Cancer and Her Clients' Needs All at Once — Meet Pauline, MGA's Director of T.A.S.C.

This spring Pauline Sullinger is celebrating her seventh MGA anniversary, and looking back, it’s been an exciting and busy seven years.

Pauline came on board as a Director, creating our Finance Accounting Support Team (F.A.S.T.) back in 2014 and recently expanded her role with the creation of our Technology and Strategic Consulting (T.A.S.C.) team. 

Pauline was a client of ours before joining the team, and her story is an excellent example of how MGA does things differently. Her CPA was Brian Miller, and she tells us about how it always stuck with her that she had someone she could call no matter the situation. Whether it was accounting issues or more complex business problems, she knew she could count on Brian to be there — and to be there with answers.

Pauline Found a Home in MGA — And You Can Too

This past year has been challenging for us all, but Pauline took on an added challenge — battling cancer. While she was busy crushing cancer, she was also busy continuing to serve her incredible clients.

Pauline loves her role at MGA and how she can make a real difference for her clients every day. We could not be more proud of her strength and dedication to her clients during her own personal trials. Read what she has to say herself below.

“This month marks my seventh year with MGA. I remember when I got the call from Brian Miller like it was yesterday. I was working at CGI, making good money, working from home with two little kids. My husband told me I was nuts to give that up to interview with MGA. I remember telling him that I needed to do this because I never wanted to think “what if.” I thought this might be the job for me.

Luckily, it turns out, I was right! This has been the perfect job for me. I found out in the past seven years that MGA was meant for me, and I was meant for MGA. I am so incredibly lucky to have found my calling, and I believe that most people never reach their pinnacle, or maybe they never realize they did. I know I found my home and my people at MGA, and I am truly living my best life. The greatest part? I can make a real difference every day with my clients, who are not just clients, but a part of me. I serve them as if I work at each of their companies as an employee. People use a lot of buzz words about their jobs: value, synergy, teamwork, etc. These are not just words to me; they are a reality. I beat cancer this past year with my MGA family behind me every step of the way. Honestly, I feel like I can do anything, and the best is yet to come.”
