This builds on our local recognition as one of Houston's Best & Brightest Companies to Work For. Jennifer Kluge, President and CEO of NABR and The Best and Brightest Program, remarked that our Firm’s continued presence on this list “proves that we are superior to market conditions and are elite thinkers committed to excellence.”

Our dedication to our team doesn't go unnoticed. According to the Workplace Survey, our Top Workplaces award from the Houston Chronicle is “positive proof that MGA puts its people first.” Importantly, this accolade is based solely on anonymous feedback collected from our own employees, ensuring an unbiased assessment of our workplace culture. To put this in context, only 200 companies made the top list out of 5,302 nominees, involving over 117,000 employees. This is the second year we've garnered this recognition.

To give back in a way that reflects the collective spirit of our clients and team, we have chosen to donate to BEAR’s holiday program. Our donation will provide 17 underprivileged children, each representing a year of our success, with two brand-new gifts for the holiday season.
We chose BEAR's holiday program because its mission resonates with our own core values of engagement, collaboration, and innovation. The program targets at-risk and CPS-involved children who, due to unfortunate circumstances, may not experience the magic and joy often associated with the holiday season. We believe that in a small yet meaningful way, our contribution can spark hope and happiness for these children. This act of giving does more than fulfill a corporate responsibility; it serves as an extension of the culture we've nurtured, which puts people first and aspires to make a tangible difference in the community.
