You can quickly view your accounts payable and look at vendor history along with mailing and contact information. You can also quickly view your accounts receivable and customer history to see what cash you can expect to receive or what invoices you may need to follow up on. At the click of a button, you are able to email invoices or statements to customers and receive information on when a customer receives an invoice and views it. Additionally, you can even add your own notes to an invoice for reference as needed.

QuickBooks Online also offers their own customer online payments solution, giving your customers the ability to pay their invoices with ease and have the money directly deposited into your bank account.

There are many standard reports to choose from, and every report is customizable so you can get the information you need when you need it.

And with the power of Intuit on your side, there is also an endless supply of third-party software that will integrate directly with your books.
