For the fourth year in a row, MGA and Partner Paul Grossbard are happy to contribute to the 2023 ReelAbilities Houston Film & Arts Festival, promoting inclusion and celebrating the lives, stories, and talents of people with disabilities and making an impact that lasts far beyond the festival.
We are proud to be one of the sponsors of this festival and help spread the message of inclusion by eliminating the stigma associated with disabilities through the cultural arts.
ReelAbilities Houston, a ten-plus day film and arts festival annually produced by the JFS Alexander Institute for Inclusion in collaboration with the Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities, uses the arts as a vehicle to promote inclusion and amplify the voices of people with disabilities locally and nationally. The festival aims to bring systemic change to the culture of Houston's families, institutions, places of work, and communities to be more inclusive of people with disabilities.
The festival will be held February 15-23, with ReelArt pre-opening on February 5.

MGA Partner Paul Grossbard especially enjoys the ReelMusic event. Here’s what he had to say about it himself:
“I have been fortunate to attend this incredible festival in the past and have been especially struck with the ReelMusic event — all local Houston musicians! Through the event, I interacted with many members of Houston’s diverse community and walked away motivated by the talents, creative abilities, and interactions I experienced. I encourage you to check out the schedule of events this year and attend the ones that interest you. Be ready to be entertained and enriched!”
At MGA, we make it a point to give back to the community we love and support something greater than ourselves.
We have an annual spring day of service where we dedicate our time and energy to helping preserve a well-loved Houston park. We also sponsor many other events throughout the year to support great causes, such as the annual Boo Ball Gala benefiting the Houston Ronald McDonald House and CYCLE's Annual Bicycle Ball, which is a children’s charity committed to improving literacy among second-grade children at Title One schools in the Greater Houston Area. Each year we also give our employees volunteer time off where they can spend a day giving back to their communities in ways that matter to them.
These are just a few examples of how we support our community and give back throughout the year. Click here to read more.
