At MGA, leadership is shaped through experience, accountability, and long-term commitment to the Firm and its clients. Our approach has always been to grow thoughtfully, ensuring that the people guiding the Firm bring both depth of knowledge and a shared sense of responsibility.
With that in mind, we are pleased to announce that Kellen Prince has been named a Partner with MGA, effective January 1, 2026.
Kellen has been a valued member of MGA’s Tax Team, contributing deep technical knowledge and a thoughtful advisory approach to the Firm’s work. His promotion reflects the role he has played in supporting clients and collaborating across teams, as well as the perspective he brings to MGA’s leadership group.
Since joining MGA in 2020, Kellen has made meaningful contributions to the Tax Team through his work on complex tax matters across multiple industries. His path into tax was inspired by an early career split between audit and tax, guided by a mentor who was both a CPA and Tax Attorney, leading him to find his passion in the complexities of tax law and real estate transactions — areas where careful analysis and practical judgment are essential.
While Kellen has developed significant expertise in real estate–related tax matters, his experience also spans a range of industries, including construction, manufacturing, and professional services firms such as law practices and medical offices, as well as complex transactions involving the sale of operating businesses. This breadth of experience allows him to approach client matters with a practical, industry-informed perspective.
As Partner, Kellen will continue to work closely with clients while also contributing to the strategic direction of the Firm. His addition to the Partner group broadens the range of experience and viewpoints within MGA’s leadership, strengthening an already established foundation.
MGA’s leadership team represents decades of experience across tax, assurance, finance, advisory, operations, and technology services. This depth allows the Firm to serve clients with consistency, insight, and the ability to address complex issues thoughtfully and efficiently.
Kellen’s promotion reflects MGA’s approach to leadership development: building over time, recognizing sustained excellence, and ensuring the Firm remains well-positioned to meet the needs of clients today and far into the future.
MGA’s strength is grounded in the experience and commitment of its people. Today, the Firm is led by seven Partners with nearly 200 years of collective industry experience, supported by a team of 52 professionals, nearly half of whom have been with MGA for five years or more. That tenure includes team members with decades at the Firm, which is a reflection of a culture shaped by experience and a sense of ownership.
While MGA remains intentionally personal in its approach, the Firm offers the resources clients expect from a much larger organization. Through established partner relationships, MGA has access to firms in more than 100 countries, with seven languages spoken in-house, allowing the Firm to support clients with increasingly complex and global needs.
Professional development remains a priority across all service lines, with each accounting professional completing a minimum of 40 hours of continuing education annually. MGA also maintains firmwide standards for responsiveness, including a commitment to timely communication with clients.
Today, MGA serves nearly 500 client groups with approximately 90% of new client relationships coming through referrals from existing clients — a testament to the trust clients place in the Firm and its people.
We are proud to welcome Kellen to the Partner group and look forward to his continued contributions to MGA’s leadership and culture.
Please join us in congratulating Kellen Prince on this well-earned milestone.
