How Can Your Business Benefit from Bill.com?

With Bill.com, you can upload invoices directly into the Bill.com inbox by sending an email to the custom Bill.com inbox address or by scanning and uploading the invoice backup. The platform then allows you to quickly and easily code invoices with up-to-date information synced directly from your QuickBooks Online account.

You can designate one or several approvers to an invoice to ensure the right people are reviewing vendor items before a payment is issued. Employees or other outside parties will have no trouble logging in on their phones or computers to review invoices as they are assigned. They are even able to leave notes on the invoices for others to review if a correction needs to be made. With a simple click of a button, they can submit their approval or denial.

When you are ready to pay invoices, the pay screen will show you what has been approved so you can push that pay button without hesitation. Once a payment is initiated, Bill.com debits the total scheduled payment amount from your account to theirs, so vendors will only receive checks directly from Bill.com’s account. This ensures outside parties will never have access to your banking information. Bill.com also offers direct deposit payments for any vendors who sign up with a free vendor account.

All backup documents are saved in Bill.com’s cloud storage and can be accessed at any time. Additionally, every transaction will sync directly into your QuickBooks Online accounting software, so you never have to worry about manual entry or duplicate work. With Bill.com, you can rest assured that your transactions will always be accurate and up-to-date.
